Keeping It Confidential: Your Privacy Playbook

Connectincloud has been offering Business Telephone Systems and Communications Solutions for more than five years and is one of the most valued companies in the UK.

Alright, let’s swing into action and rearrange your piece with the right touch of finesse and clarity.

Collecting Your Data: Connectincloud’s Specialty

Here’s the lowdown on how we handle your data at Connectincloud—no fluff, just the good stuff.

Keeping the Lines Open

When you drop us your details, you’re opening the door to a whole world where we send you top-notch quotes, dial you up for a chat, and fire off emails that could put a spring in your step, business-wise. You’ve got the reins, though. Want to hit pause on our little tango? It’s as easy as tapping ‘opt-out’—or we might take the hint if our dance card’s full.

The Data Processor Gig

On behalf of our clients, we slip into our data processor shoes and strut our stuff to ensure everything is tickety-boo with GDPR compliance. We’re all about that backstage magic, keeping the wheels greased and the lights on.

Gathering Intel

Hit the scene at trade fairs? Check. Attend powerhouse sessions? Check. Skip around our websites? Checkmate. We scoop up info like a bingo caller on a mission. Forms, chats, calls, your digital footprints on our turf (yep, your IP address too)—we’re on it.

Cookie Alert

Psst… our websites are cookie monsters (the good kind). These little crumbs hang out on your computer, so we remember you and your swank website moves. If you’re not on board with a digital shadow, just tweak your browser settings. Tell those cookies they’re not on the guest list.

The Info Treasure Chest

Think of us as info-guardians about everything you, your deal-smashing ways, and our past chinwags. Plus, we might even have a bit of dirt we’ve dug up from public records or our chums in credit referencing. No monkey business; we don’t sell your data. But sometimes, it might photobomb data we buy for a client. It happens.

Why Bother?

C’mon, we’re chomping at the bit to serve our clients and give you the marketing oomph you crave. That’s the whole shebang, keeping promises and picking up when you ring.

And there you have it, folks. That’s how we roll with your data at Connectincloud, keeping it cool, collected, and by-the-book. Keep on shining, we’ve got your back!

When We Share the Wealth

From time to time, Connectincloud might pass your info to third parties. But we only do this if we’ve got some hefty work that needs outsourcing, and we trust these third parties like best pals. They’ve gotta march to the beat of our drum, echoing our orders, hitting the notes just right, and sticking to the law like gum on a sidewalk.

Your Seal of Approval

Now, let’s talk straight—your intel is yours and yours only. We wouldn’t dream of handing it over without your say-so. Your green light is golden, and without that, consider your data as sealed as a jar of pickles.

But Wait, There’s More… The Legalese Lowdown

Okay, sometimes the bigwigs knock on our door—think legal stuff, government nudge-nudges, and all that jazz. If we’ve gotta share your personal intel to stay on the straight and narrow, meet those bookish regulations, or respond to legit government signals, we’ll do it. It’s all about staying clean and playing nice with the powers that be.

And you can bet your bottom dollar that we’ll wield our Terms and Conditions like a knight with a shield, fighting off scams and tackling technical twisters. We’re like superheroes, guarding the fortress of Connectincloud, our beloved clients, and every other soul enjoying our tech haven.

That’s the whole shebang! Connectincloud is buttoned up, zipped tight, and we’ve got your back, rain or shine. Because when it comes down to it, your trust is the blockbuster hit that keeps our world spinning.

Now that we’ve chewed the fat on that, go out there and knock ’em dead! We’ve got all this data stuff under control.
